2025年10月1日 ～ 2026年5月31日
※定員に達し次第、締め切ります。

支払方法 (Payment Methods)
1. 銀行振込 (Bank Transfer)
請求書発行後、指定の日本国内銀行口座へお振込みください。
Please transfer to the designated Japanese bank account after receiving the invoice.
2. クレジットカード (Credit Card)
Flywire / Stripe を利用した決済が可能です。
Payment via Flywire or Stripe is available.

キャンセル規定 (Cancellation Policy)
プログラム開始前のキャンセルについては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。

ビザ・保険について (Visa & Insurance)
- 海外旅行保険 (Travel Insurance):
来日前に必ずご自身で加入してください。病気や怪我、損害賠償に対応したものを推奨します。
Mandatory. Please purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, and liability. - ビザ申請 (Visa Application):
必要な場合は、YICESが入学許可書を発行しますが、申請手続きは参加者ご自身の責任で行ってください。
YICES provides the acceptance letter, but visa application is the participant's responsibility.
免責事項・退学規定 (Expulsion Rule)
日本の法令や学校の規則に違反した場合（未成年の飲酒・喫煙、暴力行為等）、直ちにプログラム参加を中止し、帰国を命じる場合があります。その際の返金はございません。
Violations of Japanese law or school rules (e.g., drinking/smoking by minors, violence) may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
